First Emma Watson enrolled at Brown University in Rhode Island and now her Harry Potter co-star Daniel Radcliffe has bought a New York townhouse worth almost $6 million. When is Rupert Grint planning to relocate across the pond?
The $5.56 million home, which was built by a sea captain for his daughters in 1847, is Daniel’s third property in New York after a SoHo residence and a condo with stunning views over the Hudson river.
The 20-year-old’s mother, Marcia Gresham, is listed on the deed for the 3,000 square foot property with a 39-foot garden, reports the New York Observer
Daniel took the city by storm last year when he stripped off on Broadway in Equus. But we’ll have to wait more than a year to see him on screen again when Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is released in November 2011.
