Filming Scream 4 has been a “big reunion” for actor David Arquette, who gushed to OK! about how much he loves being able to work alongside his wife and co-star Courteney Cox Arquette once again.
“Acting up against my wife is always a thrill for me. I love working with her and her character. Courtney is bringing all of that interesting crazy energy to the role. It’s so much fun,” David revealed to OK! on Thursday in L.A.
David, who met Courteney on set of the first Scream installment, claims to be his wife’s biggest fan.
“It’s rare that we get to act alongside each other and I love it. I always enjoy it. I love her as an actress and I am her biggest fan,” the Scream star told OK! while at Moet & Chandon’s Hollyshorts Opening Night party.
The 38-year-old gets nostalgic when thinking about how far his happy family has come.
“You know we met and fell in love on the set of Scream so its nice to go back there. And now we have a child and everything. I am really her biggest fan.”
David and Courteney have been married since 1999 and have one daughter together, Coco Arquette.
Scream 4, directed by Wes Craven and also starring Neve Campbell, is set to debut in theaters in 2011.
David also helps to produce his wife’s ABC comedy Cougar Town.
