Even his late night companion, Craig Ferguson, who comes on after David’s show, will take his contract into 2010, as well, according to Radar Online.

But while everything seems to be going smoothly over at CBS, thing seem a bit shakier at NBC.

Amidst rumors of his termination, Jay Leno pokes fun at David’s scandal.

“That means I didn't sleep with my staff for nothing!” Jay jokes while clearing up claims that he was fired from the Jay Leno Show, Radar Online reports.
