Details on Sandra & Jesse's Divorce

Sandra Bullock filed for divorce in Travis County Court in Austin, Texas, according to TMZ, and the case did not surface until now because of the way Sandra filed it.

According to TMZ, Sandra and Jesse James's divorce case was filed on April 23 in her initials, but there is a catch — the initials were backwards, B.A.S.

Jesse James was also identified by his initials, J.J.G, TMZ reports. His middle name is Gregory.

The court documents explain the reason for the divorce as follows:

"The marriage between Petitioner and Respondent has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation."

The documents obtained by TMZ also explain, "There is no child under eighteen years of age or otherwise entitled to support who was born or adopted of this marriage and none is expected."

Sandra and Jesse were in the process of adopting 3 1/2 month old Louis Bardo Bullock from New Orleans and brought him home in January. As the Academy Awards were coming up, the couple decided to keep quiet.

After Jesse's infidelity, Sandra has announced that she will be going through the proceedings on her onw.

Sandra will proceed with the divorce in Travis County, Texas.

The documents also explain the couple, married in 2005, "have ceased to live together as husband and wife."
