Oprah Winfrey promised to make her final year of her "Favorite Things" special better than any other. Check out what she gave away on day one of the two part special after the jump!

Oprah started The Oprah Winfrey Show by saying, “One of the best ways we can prepare for giving is meditation,” Oprah opened her show, according to CNN's The Marquee Blog.

She then asked her lucky audience members, made up of people who have given back to their families, communities and the wold, whether they mediate.

“Meditate on this!” she said and revealed a red ballgown, giant tree and presents as snow filled the studio!

“Hold on to yourself, it’s a long hour,” Oprah joked.
