The doctor, who has returned to his practice since his involvement in MJ's death, is currently in L.A. talking over his strategy with his legal team.

At any point, Dr. Murray can be charged with involuntary manslaughter, a crime with a maximum sentencing of 4 years in prison. The D.A. could file criminal charges as early as this morning.
