Elizabeth Edwards‘ will has now been released and it may not come as a surprise that she left nothing to her estranged husband, John Edwards.
Just six days before she passed away, Elizabeth signed her will on Dec. 1, Inside Edition reports.
Elizabeth left everything to her three children and named her oldest daughter, Catharine, the executor of the will.
“All of my furniture, furnishings, household goods, jewelry, china, silverware and personal effects and any automobiles owned by me at the time of my death, I give and bequeath to my children,” she wrote in the will.
Catharine was left with everything else and John is not even mentioned once in the will.
Also just released is Elizabeth’s death certificate, which states the cause of death as metastatic breast cancer.
Elizabeth battled with cancer for six years.
