Fifty Shades of Grey, the erotic novel by British author E. L. James that tells the story of 22-year-old college student Anastasia Steele and business entrepreneur Christian Grey, is now coming to the big screen and reports are saying Emma Watson is in talks to play the lead.
Its' also rumored that Ian Somerhalder, Ryan Gosling and True Blood hottie Alexander Skarsgard are being considered to take on the role of Grey, but nothing is confirmed.
What is certain however, is that according to the New York Daily News, the producers of The Social Network, Michael DeLuca and Dana Brunetti are on board are they are already addressing the casting rumors on Twitter.
"All of the rumors on #FiftyShades are just that – rumors. No one has been cast in any role. We have to get a writer and director first," Dana wrote.
And Michael also chimed in: "No one's been cast or even approached yet, all just rumors. writer and director first."
