Yesterday's divorce news continues for Eva Longoria Parker, who has reportedly filed for divorce from husband Tony Parker at L.A. County Superior Court. Eva's rep tells OK!: "We're not commenting at this time."

TMZ reports that she's filed the documents, and that the couple had a prenup, but also cites sources saying she's "devastated."

The couple have been together for six years, and wed in 2007. Other media outlets point to Eva’s busy schedule as a sign that the couple has been having marital problems.

The news of an impending split first hit yesterday, when TMZ reported that Tony had filed for divorce in Texas. But then, Eva's rep told OK! that that report was "100 percent false."
