Don't bother Robert Pattinson when he's in the zone!

According sources on the set of the Twilight star's new movie, Remember Me, producers have been trying to control the atmosphere around the star to help him stay in character.

OK!'s on-set insider reveals that because of the film's "very dramatic" tone, the producers are doing everything they can to keep the atmosphere somber while shooting.

"They Rob and co-star Emilie de Ravin have to be really emotional and need to cry and things like that, so we have to be mellow when we're on-set," the source tells OK!. "I'm not saying we're not allowed to laugh at work or anything, but when you're filming, it's just very professional — more so than anything else I've worked on... They don't want us spoiling the mood."

That controlled atmosphere may work while they're filming indoors, but it's another matter during the many scenes that have been shot on the streets of New York City.

As OK! has previously reported, the attention Robert gets from fans has made it hard for the movie makers have to create a good environment for him to work in outside.

In fact, they have gone so far as to build a box for him to sit in so that he can stay in the zone, even with hundreds of camera flashes going off and girls screaming to get his attention!
