It's easy to see pics of celebs blissed out at music festivals at Coachella and feel a little jealous. Flying to Palm Springs and renting a house there for the privilege of hanging out in a field to listen to music is a very expensive affair.
Summer is just starting, though, and there are plenty of music festivals in store. Here's one that won't hurt your wallet at all: Music powerhouses MTV, VH1, and CMT are teaming up to host the world's largest online/mobile music festival, "Live Music Day." Starting June 19 at 7pm ET and lasting for 24 hours, it'll feature more than 50 bands of all genres.
A few of those artists include Hanson, Gavin DeGraw, Kate Nash, 2AM Club, and more. They'll be performing during MTV's O Awards, a celebration of music on the web. Read all about the funny categories here.
Do you think you'll be tuning in to watch this music festival? Do you have tickets to any other music festivals this summer? Who is your favorite band to see live? Tell us in the comments or tweet us @OKMagazine.
