Thanksgiving at Halle Berry's house did not quite measure up to the picture-perfect Hollywood standard, and now Halle's ex, Gabriel Aubry, is headed back to court.

The two just settled a long custody battle over their 4-year-old daughter Nahla — Halle was denied permission to move her to France after Gabriel argued that the move would make it impossible for him to have a meaningful relationship with his daughter.

On Thanksgiving Day, Gabriel got into a physical altercation with Halle's fiancé, Unfaithful actor Olivier Martinez, at Halle's home in the Hollywood Hills. He was then arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery (and treated for facial wounds at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center). He was released after posting $20,000 bail, and is expected to appear in court on Dec. 13. Halle has reportedly filed for a restraining order.
