George Michael is out of the hospital, looking gaunt and week, after facing a tough battle with pneumonia.
The "Faith" singer told reporters outside his home in London that he really is not supposed to speak much, since he was still recovering from a tracheotomy, but he did briefly.
"I got streptococca-something… It's a form of pneumonia and they spent three weeks keeping me alive basically. I'm very weak, but I feel amazing," said George, according to Reuters.
"It was basically by far the worst month of my life, but I'm incredibly, incredibly fortunate to be here," he said. "If I wasn't spiritual enough before the last four, five weeks, then I certainly am now."
He has been battling to get well in a hospital in Austria, so he is so thankful to the doctors that he was lucky to have treat him.
"I've spent the last 10 days since I woke up literally thanking people for saving my life, which is something I've never had to do before and never want to have to do again," the Brit said tearfully.
Here's hoping George is on his way to a full recovery and can enjoy the holidays with some much-needed rest.
