Oh, Shia LaBeouf. What are we going to do with you? We were kinda convinced that Shia's weird behavior was over after he showed up to a premiere of his film wearing a paper bag over his head, but nope. Last night, Shia got arrested and taken out of a theater in NYC by police for disorderly conduct. He was taken in for processing, but released from jail shortly thereafter.

Why, you ask? Firstly, Shia was caught smoking inside the theater (it was Studio 54 where he was seeing Cabaret), and to add fuel to the fire, he was allegedly patting random strangers on their butts. He then got abrasive with the cops, who escorted him out during intermission after he was being very disruptive during the first half of the show.
The timing for this couldn't be more weird. Transformers 4 hits theaters today, the first in the franchise that Shia isn't a part of (this was by choice, but still). Take that, Michael Bay. Take that.
