Gabby Douglas grabbed our attention at the 2012 London Summer Games with her shinning personality and impressive moves, which earned her the nickname the “Flying Squirrel.” Oh, yeah, and a gold medal in the Women's All-Around.
As part of the U.S. woman's Olympic gymnastic team, which is commonly referred to as the "Fab Five," Gabby and her teammates, Kyla Ross, McKayla Maroney, Jordyn Wieber and Ally Raisman won the gold medal for the first time since 1996, causing overwhelming excitement for millions of Americans. The 16-year-old is on a roll, winning two gold medals in three days.

Gabby is quickly emerging as one of the superstars of the Summer Games and EW chatted with the Olympic medalist about what she's into when she's not going for the gold.
The athlete reveals she loves rap! “I love listening to Lil’ Wayne, Drake, and Eminem to get me fired up! The clean versions, of course! I listen to music before we start competing. When I’m cooling down, I like to listen to Natalie Grant or Fred Hammond. Gospel music always relaxes me and calms my nerves.”

She also said she loves movies — Twilight and The Hunger Games are her fave. "You get sucked into the stories immediately and I just love it.”
And even though the ABC teen drama Make it or Break It isn't on the air anymore, she explains why she was able to relate to the show.
"It was kind of a lot like my life. The timing was really kind of perfect to my training and what I was doing in real life, so it was really cool to watch that show on TV at the same time. I was kind of like, ‘Hey, that’s like me!’”
Finally, the gymnast said the celebrity she'd like to meet the most is Queen ELizabeth II.
