Guy Richie is officially a proud papa for the third time! His girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley gave birth yesterday morning to a baby boy at London's Portland Hospital, reports say. The 42 year-old director has two kids with Madonna; 11 year-old Rocco and their 5 year-old adopted son, David.
According to the Daily Mirror (via Radar Online), "The baby came a few days earlier than planned but the actual birth went well, and both mom and tot are doing great."
The source added that the Material Girl sent warm wishes for the new bundle of joy. Even though they got divorced in 2008, from the looks of it, they're probably on good terms. "Madonna sent her congratulations -- Rocco, Lourdes and adopted youngsters David and Mercy are all being introduced to the new arrival within the next couple of weeks." The source added, "Both Guy and Madonna are determined to be grown-up about it and remain on friendly terms."
