Gwyneth Paltrow may be an actress, but when it comes to looking beautiful, she doesn't use any tricks. The 39-year-old admits to getting regular facials and using "little things, like lasers," but other than that, she says bring on the aging!

"I'll take my wrinkles," she tells the March issue of Harper's Bazaar, which she covers. "I don't like the Botox thing."

The reason behind Gwyneth's younger appearance is more attributed to her workout-and-diet routine, which she strictly follows. She spends an hour and a half each weekday morning with trainer Tracy Anderson doing dance aerobics and then indulges in a 12-week detox program, something she does every few months. "I'll wake up exhausted," Gwyneth says of when she knows it's a good time to start detoxing. "I can feel my adrenal cortex being really high. When I get into bed, my heart will pound, my skin won't be good, I'll feel cranky, and then I'll just know it's time." That's when she cuts out dairy, gluten and sugar from her diet, though she admits that when she's not on the program, she enjoys all kinds of yummy foods.

"I eat whatever I want," Gwyneth confesses. "I like bread and cheese and wine, and that makes my life fun and enjoyable."

As do her two children, Apple and Moses, and her husband of nearly nine years, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. Gwyneth admits that once she decided to be a mom and start a family, her life became all about compromise.

"I want to maintain my marriage and my family, so I have to be here when he comes home," she says of Chris. "He's very communicative, which is rare for a British man. If I'm in L.A. for three days working, then my husband does the school run; it's always one of us."

And although her marriage may sound perfect, Gwyneth says it's all about keeping the love and remembering what's important in life.

"I think you do fall in and out of love, and you just keep going, and every time you go through a really difficult phase, you rediscover something new, and it just gets better," Gwyneth explains. "We've been married for more than eight years now, and we're still into it."
