Sure, the stunning Halle Berry may be moving on, but it doesn't mean her past isn't haunting her. The Oscar winner is paying her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry's legal fees as they relate to their ongoing custody dispute over their three year-old daughter, Nahla.

RadarOnline indicates the parents went face to face yesterday in an L.A. courtroom over allegations that Gabriel pushed the nanny while holding the toddler. Gabriel previously spoke with the LAPD and social workers from the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services.
An insider told RadarOnline, "Halle has been ordered by the judge to pay Gabriel's legal fees. It's not uncommon in custody dispute cases when the parents aren't married to have the person that earns more money pay for the other side's legal bills. It's so that both sides will have a level playing field, and fees in custody disputes are racked up very quickly.
Despite Halle's request to grant a restraining order to prevent Gabriel from seeing their daughter until the outcome of the criminal investigation, the judge refused. In addition, he said no to her request for Gabriel to have monitored visits.
The source pointed out, "The judge just wasn't convinced that Gabriel was a threat to his daughter. It's an untenable situation for Halle and Gabriel but they are going to have to find a way to work out their differences over how Nahla is going to be raised." Stay tuned since this story seems like a to be continued….
