The hot show, starring Anna Paquin as Sookie Stackhouse and Stephen Moyer and Alexander Skarsgaard as the undead men in her life, will be back for a 12-episode stint. Following the blood-filled premiere will be the debut of the Aaron Sorkin-penned drama The Newsroom, which will run for 10 episodes. The new series goes behind the scenes of a fictional cable news network, and stars Jeff Daniels as an anchor and Emily Mortimer as his executive producer. Alison Pill, Olivia Munn, Dev Patel and Sam Waterston round out the highly talented cast.
