In 2010, the entire world was literally in shock when Heidi Montag, who was then on The Hills, revealed that she had undergone 10 surgical procedures. But now, Heidi is undoing one of those procedures, according to US Weekly.

You guessed it—Heidi is getting a breast reduction. She went from a small B cup to an F cup after her boob job, but now is getting surgery to take her breasts down to a more manageable D cup.

Heidi revealed that she was having tremendous back pain, a ruptured disc, muscle issues, among other ailments due to her knockers being 3 lbs (!!!) each. Now, Heidi has reduced her breast size and literally gotten that huge weight lifted off her shoulders.

This reminds me of that time recently where Farrah Abraham revealed to Bethenny Frankel that she got her chin implant removed after she realized it was too much. Where do celebs draw the line when it comes to going under the knife? Isn't it sad that they realize they've gone overboard once they've actually gone overboard and it's too late? Ugh.
