After putting on a few pounds during her recent divorce drama, Kim Kardashian is back in shape! "After weeks of pigging out and watching re-runs, Kim snapped out of it," an insider tells OK!. "But Kim is naturally focused and disciplined."

Right now, Kim, 31, is sticking to a menu of 1,500 to 1,700 calories a day. "Her diet includes turkey burgers with no bun, salads with grilled chicken, and lots of organic ingredients," the second insider tells OK!.

Meanwhile, Rihanna may be back in bikini-body shape — but cutting down on her indulgences left the 24-year-old thinking she lost too much of her booty. "Rihanna feels like she got too caught up in the Hollywood notion of skinny, and she feels like she overdid it," an insider tells OK!.

So the singer, 24, is amping up her rear assets. "I'm working on getting [my butt] back," she says. "I'm going to have to start hiking, or at least going on the elliptical  or walking on an incremental treadmill or horseback riding. Something that firms the butt."
