It's been a tumultuous time for Heidi Klum since her split and then possible reconciliation with hubby Seal. But you wouldn't know it by looking at her. The 38-year-old mom-of-four and model-turned-mogul looks amazing. "I'm not someone who goes to the gym on a regular basis," Heidi, who likes to get outside and run during the summer, tells OK!. "I feel like my life is just very active." Here's how she stays moving.
How has running changed your body?
This summer I ran while I was in New York shooting Project Runway. It was a fun way for me to stay healthy, and I blogged about it each morning on my site, HeidiKlum.aol.com, to encourage other women with busy schedules like me to get active. I would run four or five miles. It's definitely a challenge to wake up early every day and get out there before going to work.
Do you think running is the best way to stay in shape?
There are a lot of things you can do. Not everyone is a runner, so you have to find what works for you. My kids keep me really active. Whether we're jumping on the trampoline in the back yard or taking our dogs to the park, they definitely keep me in shape!
