The actress' original deal with Lionsgates, the studio behind the box office hit, had her reportedly signed for four films, which are based on Suzanne Collins best-selling books, but with the success of Hunger Games, producers decided to renegotiate the terms of her contract, which is common with major film franchises.

The anticipated sequel is scheduled to start shooting in September and the release date for the film is November, 22, 2013.
