Reality stars took their Twitter accounts to offer condolences, thoughts and prayers to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong, after the tragic suicide of her estranged husband, Russell Armstrong, at the age of 47. But Ice Loves Coco star Ice-T decided to go against the grain and make a tasteless remark about Russell's death on Twitter.

Ice-T took to his Twitter to share his thoughts on Russell's suicide, after a follower pointed out the RHONY star hung himself.

We are having difficulty seeing the comedic side of this Tweet, and it seems rather inappropriate and insensitive.

Russell was found dead Monday, hanging in a bedroom at a home on Mulholland Drive in L.A., believed to belong to one of his close friends.

No suicide note was found. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.

“Taylor Armstrong is devastated by the tragic events that have unfolded,” Taylor’s rep tells OK! on behalf of the reality star. “She requests privacy at this time so that she may comfort her young daughter.”

Her rep added: “Her thoughts and prayers are also with Russell’s 11- and 13-year-old sons from previous relationships.”

What do you think of Ice-T's remark? Does labeling the Tweet as a bad joke beforehand, make the jab any better or even more insensitive? Sound off in the comments.
