It's Official! Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are Divorced

It ain't over 'til it's over but in this case, it's finally over. Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are finally divorced, about six months after they first filed the petition.

According to TMZ (via PopEater), the couple has finally reached an agreement. Since the divorce agreement was filed a few months ago, there have been rehab stints for both Charlie and Brooke, along wit custody issues. In the agreement, Brooke will receive $55,000 each month in child support from her former husband.

She'll also receive a one-time payout of $757,698 and $1 million for her share in the home which the former Two and a Half Men star will actually end up keeping. Plus, in the legal documents it indicated that child support for their twins, Bob and Max will not be less than what he paid to Denise Richards for his daughters, Sam and Lola.

In addition to the monthly child support, Mueller also received a one-time payment of $757,698.70 and $1 million for her share in the couple's home, which Sheen will keep.
