Just two weeks ago, a source confirmed that the Bachelorette beauty was indeed cheating on her fiancé with Oakland Raiders football star Matt Leinart.

On Aug. 22, Jef's brother Mike revealed that Jef and Emily got into an explosive fight after he found inappropriate sexts on her phone. Both parties vehemently denied any altercation or infidelity, but then Jef's former flame, Kaylee Shepherd, confirmed the rumor.

"He said the story was 100 percent accurate," Kaylee told Us Weekly, also admitting she and Jef hooked up recently. "When she put her phone down, Jef picked it up and read through everything. . . Jef said, 'It was that pro football guy . . . She strung me along and was talking to another guy the whole time!"

Now, according to Us, Jef was spotted at a charity event sponsored by his company People Water in Laguna Beach, Calif. being very chatty and flirty with a woman who looked a lot like Emily.

"He touched her hip and pulled her toward him," a witness says. Shortly after, however, the reality star took off in his BMW upset and accusing the pretty blond of tweeting about him.

Do you think Jef and Emily's relationship is real or fake?
