The wishes in Cougar Town are coming true! Jennifer Aniston is set to guest star with her best friend Courteney Cox on the Season Two premiere of ABC's Cougar Town!

Producer Bill Lawrence was wishing and hoping that Courteney's friend Jen could make an appearance on the show and now it's coming true!

This will be the first time Jen and Courteney have worked together since Jen made an appearance on Dirt.
