Jennifer Lawrence has officially reached a new level of celebrity. The Hunger Games actress attended the L.A. premiere of the hugely popular film and was greeted by a crowd of screaming fans. Let the games begin!
Jennifer, 21, didn't accept the role of Katniss Everdeen right away. She was worried the fame from the film could take away her personal life.
So, is she happy she took the role?
"I'm glad I took the role, but I was absolutely right about losing my privacy," she told Yahoo! Movies on The Hunger Games red carpet. "It keeps infuriating me, but then I have to realize that this is my new life, people saying 'Hey, I followed you home from the airport, I've been sleeping here, will you sign my autograph?' and I'm like well, that's weird and not OK."
But there is a brightside!
People who never used to talk to Jennifer before are now very friendly.
"That's always the nice thing; that people who used to ignore me are now kissing my a**," she jokes.
