The American Idol host and Jimmy Fallon each gave their best pair of tight pants a spin during a tight pants dance off for a segment of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night. The two stars slipped on white booties, bowl-cut wigs, and striped turtleneck sweaters (how could you miss them) and showed off their best moves.

After Jimmy took the stage for his solo number (yes, there is actually nothing Jimmy Fallon can't do), JLo and her toned tummy twisted to the beat. But this choreography wasn't free of a little drama. In what could have been a hilarious staged cat fight, Jennifer Lopez proved she meant business by taking off her hoop earrings and defending her title of having the tightest pants 'round town.
