Someone who is a little familiar with the stress The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka is feeling right now with the attention of the press is the last Bachelorette, Jillian Harris. "Back when I went through the media scrutiny — it was torture," Jillian tells OK!. "It turned me into a nervous wreck."

In the late summer of 2009, Jillian, 30, and her fiance, Ed Swiderski, 30, were splashed all over the covers of tabloids accusing Ed of infidelity, but she stood strong by her man and chose to believe his word over the alleged "other women."
"Now we look back at and laugh about it," she explains. "What a crazy time in our lives! I hope Jake is trying to do the same."

Jake, the 31-year-old Dallas pilot was rejected by Bachelorette Jillian, so he had his chance to find love as The Bachelor — and now finds himself under the media microscope, because of the controversial contestant, Vienna Giardi, 23.
Her advice for Jake?
"Just focus on yourself and your new gal."
But who he needs to focus on has yet to be determined — and Jillian weighs in on the two women left standing: Vienna and Tenley Molzahn, 25.
"I have always thought Jake and Tenley would be a great match," Jillian goes on. "I notice a difference when Jake is with Vienna. He is more laid back — and not so uptight. (Sorry, Jake!) And so maybe he needs someone who is a little less 'perfect.' "
