The father of eight is photographed wearing a a safety harness and hardhat while installing solar panels on the roof of a storage building, TMZ reports.

The reality star has been unemployed for months, but it looks like he's now found a day job.

The former "IT Analyst" now reportedly works for Green Pointe Energy, a company based in Pennsylvania.

Meanwhile, his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, has been getting back into the routine of school after taking her kids Down Under for a getaway.
