Josh Duhamel Makes Grand Marshal Debut at Daytona 500

Although this weekend made a splash with the NBA All-Star Game, another sport snagged some headlines. Josh Duhamel, along with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and director Michael Bay served as Grand Marshals at the Daytona 500 in Daytona Beach, Fla. The TRANSFORMERS: Dark of the Moon team proclaimed the four most famous words in motor sports: "Gentlemen, start your engines."

Despite all the pomp and circumstance, there was indeed a race to watch! According to The New York Times, a part-time driver Trevor Bayne won the race. The 20-year-old became the youngest driver to win this event on the annual NASCAR calendar.

Although Trevor wasn't exactly a household name before the Daytona 500, Rosie proclaimed to Entertainment Tonight prior to the race, "I've been told...to look out for a driver called Dale Earnhardt Junior." Josh responded, "He's not available." Much to her chagrin, Rosie added, "What a shame."
