Justin Bieber's New Year's Plans? Chill with the Fam

When you're Justin Bieber, you can pretty much call the shots. Instead of jetting to St. Barts or Mexico like countless other celebs, Justin's planning a low maintenance celebration with his family and it sounds like he wouldn't have it any other way.

The 16 year-old told MTV, "For New Year's, I'm just hanging out. I'm just going to be with my family." He added, "Just being with them and relaxing, because I've been go, go, go for the past three years."

From the look of his tweets, Justin's enjoying some much needed downtime before the new year gets started in full force. He'll appear in his first film, Never Say Never, which opens in February. He tweeted, "Chillin and happy. Its been a fun year with a lot of blessings. Some crazy rumors but so much fun and memories. We r just gettin started!!!" In another tweet he indicated, "Need the rest. #grateful"
