Kanye West calls himself a creative genius, but humor may be the one gift that he’s missing—not that he knows it!
“Kanye’s dream is to star in a laugh-out-loud hit like Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy,” reveals a source. “He’s told his agent to find him a role in a big comedy, but so far no one is interested.”
This isn’t the first time the rapper has tried to get a leg up in the funny business. In 2006, he auditioned for a cameo in another Will Ferrell flick, Semi-Pro, but the part went to Andre 3000, with the casting director admitting that Kanye was never seriously being considered. In 2007, he filmed a Larry David–style pilot for HBO, but they passed as well.
Sorry Yeezus, people like you better angry!
