It's all change at American Idol! Ellen DeGeneres has stepped down after one season, Jennifer Lopez is rumored to be replacing her and now, according to reports, Kara DioGuardi has been fired.
TMZ claims that sources close to the American Idol negotiations say the controversial fourth judge has been let go.

The Web site says the show will return to its original format of three judges and the final panel will consist of original member Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler.

However, TMZ says Kara could get a reprieve if J. Lo's deal with Idol falls through, although the ink on Jenny from the block's deal is said to have dried.
