About a month after the Kardashian sisters pulled out of a deal to endorse their own debit card, a breach of contract lawsuit has been filed against the reality stars for $75 million, according to new reports.

"The company waited a month to file hoping this would work out. They didn't want to sue," Revenue Resource Group attorney Scott Rudd explained via E! Online.

The lawsuit, filed on Thursday by the company which licensed the girls’ photos for the card, targets sisters Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian, along with mom and manager Kris Jenner and the family’s company Dash Dolls.
