Kate Bosworth Calls Ex Alexander Skarsgård "Rare" & "Wonderful"

Kate Bosworth and ex Alexander Skarsgård share the cover of BlackBook magazine’s Sept. 15 anniversary issue, and both actors open up on what it was like to work with each other in their new flick Straw Dogs.

So what is it like working with the True Blood hunk?

"He is so kind and so dedicated and so incredibly professional. He’s got this rare, wonderful control and stillness that you notice in a lot of old movie stars. He looks you in the eye," Kate tells Blackbook of her ex (the couple ended their relationship earlier this summer). "I feel incredibly lucky to have had that type of man on this movie."

And Alex had nothing but positive things to say about Kate.

"Kate is such a great actress, and she’s so much more than a good-looking Hollywood starlet," he tells the magazine. "We were just really good friends at the time. But we shared a really special experience on that film."
