Poor Kate Middleton.

Just as she thought that the furore over her topless pictures had died down, Danish magazine Se og Hør has now printed photos of her seemingly without her bikini bottoms on from the same French vacation with husband Prince William where the scandal started.

The Duchess of Cambridge was changing from one two-piece to another during a sunbathing session when the intrusive snaps were taken.

She is seen with a towel draped over her shoulders to try and cover her modesty but the snapper appears to have captured her without her lower garment on.

William is also seen rubbing Kate's back and bottom with lotion as she pulled down her bikini for him to get full sunscreen coverage. The images have now made their way online.

"It's a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity," Se og Hør Editor Kim Henningsen told the Belfast Telegraph in defense of why they chose to run the images. "We are a leading gossip magazine in Denmark, and it is my job to publish them."

"If the British royal family want to sue us, then it will happen and we'll deal with it."

French magazine Closer were the first to run the nude pictures earlier this moth but Will and Kate received an official injunction against the publication prohibiting them from publishing any more pictures.

However, despite the Royal family filing a lawsuit other European tabloids like Chi and the Irish Daily Star still went ahead and published a large set of pictures.
