This week on Khloe and Lamar, Khloe gets very insecure about her weight and Lamar helps his wife feel comfortable in her own skin.

When Khloe starts to get comments from brother Rob and mom Kris Jenner on her weight, the newlywed tries to stay strong at first and defend the way she looks.
"That's what pisses me off about this stuff. No matter what people just make up their stupid shit and it's so annoying. Everyone wants to be a critic and I'm fine with the weight that I am right now. I am proud to say that i get all of this criticism and I haven't done never done anything unhealthy to try and lose any of it. I try to be a good role model. My weight doesn't define who I am," Khloe says when Rob gets on her about being "big."

But when Kris lays into Khloe about her weight effecting the business, she gets very upset.
"To tell me that I am ruining an entire brand because of my weight gain, that makes me feel like shit. Get over yourself. You're such a f**king raging lunatic and you are so evil," Khloe says of Kris and explains that if she wants to get pregnant, she couldn't be on a crazy diet, "Do you want me to get pregnant? Do you want me lose weight?"

Eventually Khloe breaks down to Lamar after a photo shoot and says on the kitchen floor crying, "Everything around me has really been eating away at me and it's really making me insecure...I'm just a little large and that's not fun to see...I'm so f**king fat. This is what this is about. Trying to make everybody happy My mom think I'm ruining quick trim. I'm so sick of pretending to be happy about my weight just to be a good role model when I'm f**king disgusting."

But hubby Lamar reassure Khloe that she is beautiful and makes her feel much better.
"You can't listen to everybody else. You're beautiful. I love Khloe just the way she is but the most important thing is for Khloe to love herself," the L.A. Laker tells his wife.
