If her last pregnancy is any indication, the next few months should be a blast for Kourtney Kardashian, who announced last week that she's expecting her second child with boyfriend Scott Disick.
"I loved being pregnant," Kourtney tells OK!
"The whole family is so happy that Kourtney is pregnant again," her cousin Cindy Behr, tells OK! "She's been wanting this for a while. This was very much planned. Obviously, Kourtney and Scott are ready to make their relationship work. They've had some tough times, and Kourt was holding off getting pregnant with Scott to see if things with them would improve. And they have. So this is a good sign."
No one is happier about the big news than Kourtney and Scott's photogenic 2-year-old, son, Mason, who is already anxious for a sibling to play with — or tease, as the case may be. The question is, does the toddler want a brother or a sister? Both Kourtney and Scott are on record as hoping to the world yet another Kardashian girl. Mason? Not so much.
He's only 2 so he's still grasping that Mommy has a baby in her tummy," the insider tells OK. "But it appears Mason's already got his heart set on having a brother. He's just very much a boy's boy. But whatever happens he'll be happy — he's just a happy little guy!
Of course, the new addition provides a boost to the entire Kardashian clan, both for the brand — every life event becomes reality TV fodder — and on a personal level, as they endure Kim's painful split from Kris Humphries along with the usual dramas.
