Hi, everyone, and welcome to my OK! blog! Every week, I’ve shared with you all the behind the scenes stories as I trained NFL wide receiver Hines Ward for this season’s Dancing With the Stars. And all that hard work and rehearsal time paid off, as last night we won the mirrorball trophy! Thank you all for reading along every week and casting your votes, Hines and I can't thank you enough!

I still can’t believe Hines and I won — I’m so excited. It was just the perfect ending to the journey that we’ve had. I still can’t believe that we won. Last night my first reaction was that I was just so happy for Hines because he’s worked so hard this season and he really deserved to win. Anyone in the finals could have won because it was a really close season and it really came down to the fans voting. We had Steeler Nation behind us and obviously people enjoyed watching Hines and I, and I think that’s what got us that mirror ball trophy, and I just really wanted to get it for Hines. I’m just so proud of him.

Hines is so happy. We’ve worked really really hard. He keeps saying, "Oh I wanted to win it for you so you can be a two-time champ," which is really sweet. But he is really proud and it hasn’t really sunk in yet. It was all such a blur and then we’re straight on a jet from L.A. to New York, from GMA to Regis and Kelly so it really hasn’t sunk in yet. 'Im pretty sure when I get back to L.A. and I’m looking at the mirror ball trophy it will sink in a bit more.

I didn’t really watch the semi-finals or anything like that when I got injured. But I was so proud of our freestyle that I went home and watched it about five times, I was just so pleased at how Hines lifted me and made it look so effortless. I was really proud of him I think he really did a great job.

I feel like the Samba was a really fitting way to end this whole experience because that was the dance we did in personal story week. That was Hines' mom’s favorite song so it really meant a lot to Hines to do that dance. It was more of a celebration of what he’s achieved in life and it was even more a celebration of the competition and how far we’ve come. The crowd loved it, the audience were on their feet. It was a perfect way to end Dancing With the Stars.

OK! EXCLUSIVE: KYM JOHNSON'S DWTS DIARY — THE FINAL BLOG OF THE SEASON!

I’m about to take a nap now and then we’ve got some other stuff later on. It's just a whirlwind but its really great. All three of the final couples, we all got on a plane together and flew here. We were up sort of playing games and we all had a couple of drinks but then we all went to sleep because we had such a big day ahead of us but they were really happy for us. We all had a really fun flight over here and I think we will all meet up and have dinner tonight or something.

We couldn’t have done it without the support of all the fans. The people of Pittsburgh and Steeler Nation got us that mirror ball trophy and I can’t thank everybody enough, especially with my injury so many people were so lovely and sending me well wishes and hoping for the best for me. Everybody has just been so supportive this season!

I can’t even think about next season right now I’m just celebrating the win with Hines. I really had such a great time this season. I’m just really lucky that I’ve met such a beautiful person and such a great friend too in Hines.

Thank you for reading, everyone!
