Hi, everyone, and welcome to my OK! blog! Every week, I’ll be sharing with you all the behind the scenes stories as I train NFL wide receiver Hines Ward for this season’s Dancing With the Stars, trying to make the Pittsburgh Steelers pro look as cool in the ballroom as he does on the football field for season 12!

I'm so proud of Hines, I think he is the MVP — the Most Valuable Partner, I really think he is. He's such a great partner. I've really enjoyed it. Hines is an amazing partner; he picks things up so quickly. I really enjoy dancing with him; it's been a really fun season for me. It's a totally different level with pro dancers, but he's such a great partner, I'm very, very lucky.

I thought our waltz was beautiful, I loved dancing it. We'd love to get a 10, but our goal was to always stay as contenders and be in the top three, which we've done. Hines has a nickname, which is "The Silent Assassin," and I think he's going to be that. Hopefully, we'll take everyone at the end!

I think it's hysterical that Romeo was talking about Hines' MVP award! He's hysterical, a real cutie. I love him and Chelsie Hightower, and they did a great job last night.

I thought Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett was incredible last night. She was completely in her element last night and I loved her performance. I was kind of like, "Oh, gosh, I've gotta go after that?" She brought the house down and we finally saw Kendra be exactly who she is. It was a great, great dance, very very good. I think the Samba was very much Hines and who he is, even the Cha Cha. He likes the more upbeat music — he likes to shake his booty! I think that's more of Hines' style.

Although Carrie Ann Inaba said she thought he was thinking too much last night, I didn't see that at all. The story was: I left him, he was begging for me to come back — beforehand he told me his acting skills aren't that great, so he was thinking, "I want you back," in his head. He says his acting skills aren't great, but I felt the emotion and I felt that he was really into the dance so I didn't see that myself. I think he did an amazing job.

OK! VIDEO: WATCH DANCING WITH THE STARS CONTESTANTS REMIX REBECCA BLACK'S "FRIDAY"

It was one of those songs you would want to sing along to, but although I think Hines sounds very good in the shower, he's probably a better dancer than a singer!

When we're in rehearsal we've taken falls, and we just get up and continue. I know Hines would probably do the same as Ralph Macchio did for Karina Smirnoff last night when she stumbled, and continue on and help me through if that happened. I felt so bad for Karina. That's a horrible thing to happen, but they picked it up and got back into it. It's live TV, so anything can happen.

I had my photo taken with Hanson — I loved Hanson! That was very exciting that Hanson was performing last night and they were there the whole show. That was very cool. I'd love to see one of them on the show next season! They're handsome men now! They're gorgeous! Lovely, handsome men.

If we get through we'll have the Tango next week, which I'm very excited about. I think that'll be a good one for Hines. I'll get to work on that tonight. If we get through we also have a team dance, the first time we all dance together as a team. Which is really good fun, so I'm looking forward to that as well. We'll have six left after tonight, so three on each time and we all do a dance together, which is always really good fun.

OK! GALLERY: DANCING WITH THE STARS CAST SHOW OFF THEIR GUILTY PLEASURES

From now on in, we do two dances a week, so the pressure starts to pick up. This is when the competition really starts.

This week, we're going to the Race to Erase MS Ball. I'll be walking in the parade, which will be really fun. We're doing that on Friday. So we'll still get a bit of time to have some fun. The show that I was in on Broadway is here at the moment at the Pantages Theater. It's called Burn the Floor, so I'm going to take Hines to see that as well, a bit of research for him!
