Lady Gaga and Oprah Winfrey had quite a benevolent day yesterday. They both attended Harvard University to officially launch Gaga's Born This Way Foundation!
Although it's being unofficially billed as a foundation to end bullying once and for all, the Grammy winner told everyone the three pillars are "SSO." She explained: "Remember these things today; it would make me very happy: Safety. Skills. Opportunity."
According to E! News, Lady Gaga added, "I want to help, I want to be brave, I want there to be more tolerance in the universe." With this youth-empowerment foundation, she mentioned this will hopefully lead to more acceptance. "What I realize more than anything was that I never wanted this dialogue to end."
During the event, Lady Gaga announced the Born Brave Bus for her little monsters! The bus will travel alongside her tour bus and become a huge cross-country tailgating party for people to talk about life. Her goal? For kids to help and inspire other kids.
"It will welcome anyone from any walk of life, whether you have a ticket to the show or you don't, to come and hang out and talk about love, acceptance, kindness and so forth."
