Carly Rae Jepsen has a reason to celebrate. Her single Maybe has been No. 1 for seven weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, but she also a reason to watch her back.
Her song just broke Lady Gaga's Born This Way hit which topped the charts for six weeks.

Gaga jokingly Tweeted on Wednesday, "@carlyraejepson I SEE you just swooped in and broke my BORN THIS WAY record of the most weeks at #1. DONT GET COMFORTABLE IM COMING FOR YOU."

The pop singer will have the chance to reclaim the top spot soon. Gaga has an album coming out in 2013 and she gave fans a glimpse of what's to come when she recently blasted a new track Sunday night in NYC from a car she was riding in.
Gaga won't release the title of the album until September, but she's said it will feature more dance music.
