Lady Gaga's Tour to Gross $200 Million

Lady Gaga is pulling in more than just little monster fans on her Monster Ball Tour, she's making money — and lots of it!

By the time Gaga ends her Monster Ball tour, Billboard predicts she will have grossed nearly $200 million worldwide.

Lady Gaga is joining the list of chart-topping tours including: U2's 360 Tour which grossed more than $300 million in 2009, Madonna's Sticky & Sweet Tour with more than $220 million and Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band with more than $156 million.

Monster Ball has been touring since November 2009 and is set to run until April 2011.

"It's an opportunity," Arthur Fogel, Live Nation global touring chairman, said. "As an artist with that kind of talent and vision emerges, it creates a lot of excitement, and ticket sales worldwide demonstrate that people are really excited to see the show.

"Over the course of the next many months, we're trying to play to as many people in as many places as possible," he added. "It's an across-the-board home run."
