Lil Wayne has a little less than two months as a free man — the rapper was just given the start date, Feb. 9, to being his one-year sentence after pleading guilty to weapons charges in October, TMZ reports.

For all you Lil Wayne fans, now's the time to start thinking about sending him some Valentine's Day love!

The charges date all the way back to July 22, 2007, when NYC police pulled over the rapper's tour bus because they said they smelled pot. Cops claim that when an officer approached the bus, Lil Wayne threw out a bag with a gun inside. He pled guilty to attempted weapon possession on Oct. 22 this year.

He'll still have to face the music on felony drug and more weapons charges in March 2010 in Arizona, after cops found 105 grams of marijuana, 29 grams of cocaine, 41 grams of ecstasy, various drug paraphernalia and a handgun on his tour bus in 2008.
