The judge who presided over Lindsay Lohan's DUI case has ordered the actress to appear in court Friday to give a progress report, TMZ reports. According to the site, sources say the alcohol education course LiLo was in as part of her probation may have contacted the court to say she is violating terms of the program.

Doesn't look good for Lindsay, but at least we know she'll have Dinah Lohan's support!

Usually in a misdemeanor case like Lindsay's the defendant would not have to appear personally, but the judge has ordered that the Mean Girls star put in a cameo tomorrow.

Lindsay pled no contest to DUI in 2007. If the judge decides that Lindsay has violated terms of the program, her probation could be revoked and she could go be on the road back to lock-up, and not just for a few minutes this time.
