Just when it looked like things were looking up for Lindsay Lohan, turns out they're not. A woman who claims she was struck by the Mean Girls star's sports car says she is suing for injuries.
Nubia Del Carmen Preza says she was hit by a Maserati driven by Lindsay as she walked through a West Hollywood intersection in September 2010. Apparently the lawsuit indicates she suffered "disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish." Nubia's seeking damages for all of her medical expenses and lost time at work.
The lawsuit states Lindsay was behind the wheel when Nubia was hit at an intersection south of the Sunset Strip. Although a case management conference is set for May 14, there's one little glitch: Lindsay's team hasn't been served with an actual lawsuit yet!
Her rep, Steve Honig, told E! News, "To the best of my knowledge, neither Lindsay nor her attorneys have been served with a lawsuit. So we really can't commnt on something that hasn't been served through the proper channels."
Wait, what? "People like to do this," he explained. "Give lawsuits to the media before they serve it to Lindsay."
