Last month we reported that the actress — clearly on a winning streak — scored a starring role in Scary Movie 5. This was good news and shaping up to be Lindsay's most productive summer in ages after she wrapped two flicks, Liz & Dick and The Canyons.

Eh, not so fast.

Today Page Six reports that LiLo has completely flaked on all of her Scary Movie 5 responsibilities and her behavior has been so erratic even co-star Charlie Sheen is worried.

"Lindsay missed every meeting she had for the film, including script reads and wardrobe meetings,” said an insider. “Then she missed her flight to Atlanta on Sunday to shoot the movie. The producers had been getting signs Friday that she was a mess, and would not be fit to work.”

"Would not be fit to work" translates to ailing from "walking pneumonia" which is what she told them Sunday after missing her flight.

However, other sources say she's lying and choosing not to show up because the script "goes pretty hard" at making fun of her. She's been "freaking out" over a Charlie kiss scene and has locked herself up at the Bowery Hotel, they say.

Let's hope she at least pays the bill this time. What with her $46, 000 bill at the Chateau Marmont it may make more sense for Lindsay to couch surf than spend even more money at fancy bungalows.
