Lindsay Lohan was reportedly questioned by police on Monday after a burglary allegedly took place at a home where she had stayed the previous night.

The 26-year-old was among several guests at the Hollywood Hills house on Sunday for an all-night party, and the owner claims that the following morning he noticed some of his jewelry was missing.

Officers were called and everyone was interviewed, including Li-Lo, who was said to be cooperative and not considered a suspect, according to Gossip Cop.

Other reports claim that two men Lindsay brought with her to the soirée are being viewed as suspects.

The owner of the multimillion-dollar mansion had invited the Liz & Dick star to the gathering, and she brought her brother Cody, her assistant and the two men in question.

Several expensive watches and a number of sunglasses came up missing on Monday, so the owner called police before allowing everyone to leave.

When Lindsay was approached and questioned by police she reportedly asked, "Am I a suspect?"

When the cop replied, "No," Lindsay then left the scene. The incident is still being investigated.

Lindsay was charged with grand theft last year for stealing a necklace from a store in Venice, California and pleaded no contest.

She was also one of the celebrity victims of the "Bling Ring," who stole approximately $130,000 worth of clothes and jewelry from her Hollywood home in 2009.

Emma Watson is starring in a film adaptation of the celebrity thefts in her upcoming movie, The Bling Ring, set for a 2013 release.
